HOUSTON METHODIST THE WOODLANDS HOSPITAL


Site selection and acquisition of a 58.89 acre parcel at Interstate 45 and State Highway 242 in The Woodlands,Texas for development of the Woodlands/North Houston Hospital Campus in The Woodlands Texas.

Additional transactions related to the Houston Methodist Woodlands Campus Development:

  • Retail Acquisition: Purchase of a 41,721 square foot shopping center on 4.319 acres located at Interstate 45 and State Highway 242 in Conroe, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of 1.56 acre parcel for future development located at 8320 State Highway 242 in Conroe, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of 0.832 acre parcel for future development located at 8332 State Highway 242 in Conroe, Texas.

HOUSTON METHODIST WEST HOSPITAL


Site selection and acquisition of a total of 86 acres for development of the Methodist Hospital West Houston Campus, which consisted of two contiguous tracts of 46 and 40 acres located at Interstate 10 at Barker Cypress Road in Katy, Texas. 

Neither of the two tracts acquired whose ownership were unrelated entities had their respective properties on the market. Negotiations were completed and a contract executed with both sellers without revealing Houston Methodist as the purchaser.

EMERGENCY CARE CENTERS


Site selection and acquisition of 5 parcels for development of Emergency Care Centers throughout the Greater Houston area.

  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of a 2.98 acre parcel located at US 290 and Fairfield Creek Drive in Cypress, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of a 2.8 acre parcel located at FM 518 at Kirby Drive in Pearland, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of a 7.4 acre parcel located at Westheimer Tollway and Cinco Rose Drive in Katy, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of a 1.74 acre parcel located at State Highway 6 and Sienna Ranch Road, in Missouri City, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of a 2.09 acre parcel located at FM 2920 and Gosling Road in Spring, Texas.

  • Retail Disposition: Sale of a 2,520 square foot commercial/retail building located on a 12,542 square foot land parcel located at Waugh Drive and Bomar Street in Houston, Texas.

OTHER TRANSACTIONS

  • Retail Acquisition: Purchase of a 101,759 square foot shopping center on 7.81 acres located at NASA Parkway and Upper Bay Road in Nassau Bay, Texas for future expansion of the Houston Methodist-St. John Hospital Campus.
  • Office Acquisition: Purchase of 8100 Greenbriar, a 65,000 square foot office building for administrative use in Houston, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Purchase of a 1.56 acre parcel for at Holcombe and Main in the Texas Medical Center, Houston, Texas.
